Soft Serve Ice Cream Mix 5 Gallons

How much mix do I need?
So we sell our mix by 5 gallon cases (2x 2.5 gallon bladders of liquid milk based mix).
Our mix is VERY close to what you would get at Dairy Queen.

Dairy Queen uses a 3.5% Milk Fat mix, as McDonalds uses a 2%, ours is a 4%, we also offer a 10% & 14% also. Higher the milk fat better the flavor and texture of the mix.

To figure out how much mix you need lets do some math

1 Gallon = 128oz so 5 Gallons is 640oz
640oz / (Serving Size) = (Servings Per 5 Gallons)
640oz / 10oz serving = 64 Servings Per 5 gallons mix
640oz / 8oz serving = 80 Servings Per 5 gallons mix
640oz / 6oz serving = 106.6 Servings Per 5 gallons mix
640oz / 4oz serving = 160 Servings Per 5 gallons mix

Do I have to buy your mix?
Nope not at all, you can go to GFS and get mix or Amazon and order the "Just Add Water" Mix from both places. Please note as these mixes do work in our machine we DO NOT GUARANTEE IT as if the mix is not mixed properly (+/- 1/4 cup of water) there could be an issue.

All mixes are picked up from our warehouse, pre your event, or you can pickup the day of your event, we do not have refrigerated delivery trucks.
